CPP advises on 1.35m Worksop warehouse acquisition Magazine

Georgetown Carr Ltd, the Barnsley-based, privately operated property company, has expanded its portfolio of economic property following obtaining a 1.35m industrial investment on Drayton Court, Manton Wood Business Park, Worksop, in the deal facilitated by leading property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP).

The 27,000-sq. ft. warehouse was acquired off market by Georgetown Carr and it’s currently let to international engineering company Laing O’Rourke and occupied in their Explore Manufacturing division, which was founded metamorph traditional construction methods into modern processes of assembly using lean automation and quality assurance systems.
