Leeds private equity firm supports engineering consultancy

LDC, the Leeds-based private equity firm, has backed an engineering consultancy with a multi-million pound development capital investment.

This cash injection will enable Newcastle-headquartered Patrick Parsons to be expanded its strategy and supports its buying infrastructure engineer THDA.

Ben Snow, Investment Director at LDC, who co-led the offer, said: “Patrick Parsons has an exceptionally strong management team which includes successfully spearheaded turn out to be in the business, while retaining the values on the smaller sized firm.

“The purchase of THDA is undoubtedly an exciting development for the businesses.”
