Papa John's new ads: John's out, diverse franchisees are in

NEW YORK – Papa John’s, which needs to distance itself from founder John Schnatter, is releasing new ads Tuesday that replace him that has a diverse selection of franchisees.

The commercials show several franchisees investigating you and introducing themselves to viewers.

“You’ve heard one voice of Papa John’s for some time,” one of those says, pursued by another who says, “It’s time you heard from we all.” At the conclusion, you can actually logo substitutes “John’s” with all the first names of every in the franchisees until it settles on the logo again.
