Suffolk Downs files $1B lawsuit against Wynn Resorts

The who owns Suffolk Downs track is accusing Wynn Resorts of conspiring to solve the appliance method to get a casino near Boston at its expense, and a federal civil lawsuit is demanding $1 billion.
