DBL Logistics expands fleet with

Sheffield-based DBL Logistics has expanded its fleet using a 500,000 investment.

The investment sees the excess of six new Scania HGVs, raising its total vehicles from 17 to 23.

MD David Clarkson said: “This investment is an exciting advance for DBL Logistics, in many ways than a single.”

He added: “The new vehicles will let us considerably improve our fuel efficiency, reduce our service costs and present our customers a lot better monetary value.”

John Crossland, Scania’s area sales team manager to your east region, said: “This latest deal has been doing creating the past few months, and with DBL Logistics a market leader in Yorkshire, it is fantastic dealing with a really forward-thinking, extremely well-run family firm.”
