LC Industrial sells South Elmshall industrial property for 1.95m

LC Industrial who has sold the first Delmonte warehouse at South Elmsall, near Wakefield, for 1.95 million to Barnsley’s Silkstone Finance.

Ultima Furniture C Silkstone Finance’s sister company C take advantage of the 44,000 feet square building for storage and distribution.

LC Industrial, a complement between LRE Capital and Leeds-based business specialist Citivale, spent 290,000 having a comprehensive refurbishment of your building.
