Yorkshire’s Hallam Land Management has sold two strategic sites worth 46 million following legal counsel from Shoosmiths.
The two sites C sold to DBW Trading C can cause an important housing developing higher than 700 new homes and associated infrastructure.
Both deals were handled by the team at Shoosmiths, including partner Thomas Hall, senior associate David Goy and solicitor Holly Bennett.
These include the two most essential transactions completed for Hallam Land since arriving from Irwin Mitchell at the start of 2017.
Mr Hall said: “Both deals represent the culmination of several years’ work by Hallam Land and also as part of Hallam Land’s legal team we’re happy to were involved during the entire time period of these projects.”
Hallam Land MD Nick Duckworth added: “These transactions will generate a great give you our landowners with whom we are employed in partnership, and recurring Hallam’s excellent history of securing planning consents to your delivery of much-needed housing in the country.”
