£2.5m relocation for Lincoln Precision Engineering

Lincoln Precision Engineering (LPE) is investing 2.5 million in a very shift to a whole new purpose-built facility at Discovery Park.

The laser-cutting business might be moving in the current base of Lindum Business Park towards the new HQ early next year.

More than 1 / 2 the funding will? be used the newest premises itself, while using remaining 1 million set-aside for brand spanking new laser and folding equipment.

The Lindum Group has sold LPE land for the seven acre park and features designed the firm’s bespoke premises, well before starting work with site immediately.

Commercial agent for Discovery Park Banks Long & Co said the land holds great promise for extra jobs to the local economy.

LPE Md Trevor Wherrell said: “During our time on the Lindum Business Park, we’ve become a corporation using a turnover of nearly 2.5 million.

“Our plans additional growth and the opportunities made available from the diverse sectors we deal with, has encouraged us to fund each of our premises.”
