Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao clashed with immigration protesters and demanded they leave her husband, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, alone, as seen in a video posted to Twitter .
Chao confronted the protesters, who stood outside her car playing audio of migrant children crying inside a detention concentrate on the U.S. border. She was leaving a conference over the Georgetown University campus when several students approached her, as per the Twitter user who posted film.

“Why think you’re separating families?” the protesters yelled. “How does he sleep during the night time?”
“You leave him alone,” Chao said, pointing her finger. “You leave my better half alone.”

The video shows approximately five people surrounding Chao as she exits a building and heads right car. Another individual calls for protesters to be back as Chao walks toward the vehicle. The playback quality was taken Monday around 8:30 p.m., using the Twitter user who posted it. The operator declined to present his last name.
